a way behind day seven...

please forgive my slackness...
  I just haven't felt like updating..i have had alot of allergy/sinus issues this week
    
ok.. enough about that

.... *day seven
I am especially  thankful for my work family
I work with the most amazing people EVER!

... maybe it is just Karlie they love...
 uhm...
oh well .. they "act" like they love me.. so I will take that

We always do a Thankful Board the month of November

This year we also did a Thankful Ribbon,
[it is kinda small since we just started it .. but it is there nonetheless] and used it on our table decoration

well this finishes my Week of Thankfulness

one week isn't enough time to list all the things I am thankful for... there are soooooooooooo many

*day six

today i am thankful for this guy,
   God blessed us with our wonderful son 25 years ago today!
   i am so very thankful that he loves the Lord, and lives it!
  
   not happy that he is far away...
   and i don't get to see him often, and i miss the laughter he brings.
             [he is   ALWAYS doing something to make me laugh]
 
BUT thankful that he is doing just what God has lead him to do for now
  and that makes me very thankful for today's technology, which allows us     to talk / text/ etc. daily. [that makes the distance alittle easier!]

*day five

today i am so very thankful for my church

 ....all of our church family...[all are very very wonderful]
 
....for my Sunday School class [the ladies in my class are so fun, loving, sweet... just all around GREAT]

  ... for my 'Pastor's [yep .... just alittle particial to to one i live with ]
 
  but i am also very thankful for Pastor Paul-
he and his wonderful wife Kim have been a true God sent
   oh.. yeah.. a huge shout out to their daughter Liz'..
      and her husband Brandon- they are a God sent as well

... for Devin his wife Twyla, and all their children...Jess, Bo, Taylor - another God sent.

i love love love my church
i just can't say enough good about it!
 Praise the Lord for all He is doing at WGBC

week of Thankfulness day two..three and four

*day two
today i am thankful for our "Thankful Thursdays" at the office..
as some of you know we hold morning devotions at the office before we start our day, and this marks our Second Year of "Thankful Thursday"..
this morning we wrote on ribbon "1" thing we are especially thank for this year, and we decorated our table with it, and then use it again next year and reflect.

very fitting.. because we also had our Thanksgiving Feast today..yummy

having KatieBeth home and love that she also WORKS with me... i am sooooooooo blessed..
oh wait a min...maybe it is her that is "blessed".. ha

*day four...

a clean house ..
[well behaved dogs while clean is also very important- so i am also thankful for that too- other wise my house wouldn't have gotten cleaned- whewwwwwww]
  giving my sweet karlie a bath, as well as my sweet granddog ellie.
and finishing another mile run... [third one this week... "happy dance"]

being able to be with My Best friend Deidre

and celebrating Emma's tenth birthday... 

we went to see TAYLOR SWIFT...

but first we saw this guy...

week of Thankfulness...day four

Today is Thanksgiving Day..

so i am off.. for that.... i am thankful!

i will rest.. maybe catch the Parade.. maybe decorate..

 and maybe do nothing.. well besides eat turkey..ha

whew.. got all caught -up in "being off"... and doing nothing

today i am thankful for my friends, i (we) have many but today i am especially thankful for...

as i look back, i remember when we met  .. 'on a mission trip '

(. ... is that tomatoes?)... lol

then i look at all we have done together... regardless if it is something serious such as a Bible Study or just a fun day shopping.

          .... it usually includes lots of laughter

  (latest ...being a trip to S.Park

      .. i think i laughed more than you did...OK i know i did )

                                                                                                                                           everyone needs a best friend,

   one who loves the Lord,

       one that will be honest and tell you things that you may not want to hear,

         one that encourages you

            one to have fun and  laugh with!

i am blessed to have a best friend like you!
